The Gunners booked their place in the FA Cup final last weekend after beating Wigan on penalties.
Though
their own fate is out of their hands, Giroud is confident Arsenal can
clinch Champions League football for the 17th consecutive season.
And he insists Arsenal have 'six finals' left to play.
"The
No.1 objective of the season is to be in the Champions League next
season and then, winning a trophy, even if the club has been waiting for
a long time," Giroud told L'Equipe.
"If you think the
worst can happen, you have more chances to have doubt. We were in quite
the same situation last year. We were under pressure. But we achieved a
great finish.
"Now we have six finals remaining to play, five in the Premier League and one in the cup.
"If we don't make any mistakes in the Premier League, we will get our ticket for the Champions League."
